In 2001 I started performing stand-up comedy at clubs throughout Boston and soon after started my first business (Boston Comedy Productions) from my dorm room at Northeastern University. For years I booked comedians at locals colleges and by 2004 I opened a weekend comedy club on Cape Cod where I brought in comedians from around the country. From there I was fortunate to open a full-time club, Mottley's Comedy Club, in Faneuil Hall (Boston MA) where we eventually won the honor of being the "Best Comedy Club" in Boston.

Until 2011 I made my living performing and producing shows throughout the Northeast until my first child was born. At that point it was time for a lifestyle change. Things like health insurance, a stable income and not working nights/weekends sounded attractive. So, I decided to 'pivot' to something new and like many people I landed in the world of insurance.

I have since continued my entrepreneurial adventures and in 2015 founded Veruna Inc., the Insurance Agency Management platform built on SalesForce (www.veruna.com

I keep this website alive as a memoriam of my past as a Comedian.

Mottley's Comedy Club

The highlight of my comedy career was starting Mottley's Comedy Club in Boston, MA. From 2007-2011 I produced almost 1,000 shows and had one of the best experiences of my life. We were honored with the award of "Best of Boston" by Boston Magazine in 2010, "Boston's Best" by the Boston Phoenix in 2009, Hosted Comedy Central Auditions, were mentioned on "Late Night" with Conan O'Brien and were featured on numerous TV Shows including NBC's "Today Show" and ABC's "Chronicle"
